This morning I went to a ATM at Brooklyn Mall. While withdrawing cash, the machine gave back my card but no money. As I was waiting for almost 5 min, I decided to call the bank, I was told the money will be reversed into my account, consultant didn't't even log a call etc etc. Then I received a sms, that there was money withdrawn from my account, after calling the them once again a query was logged and I was told to wait 15 WORKING DAYS.There is no way that I'm going to wait this long, this is my money. I do understand that this has to be investigated because we live in SA, and am prepared to wait 72 working hours but 15 working days, are you crazy. I want my money back in my account within 72 working hours and I want a call from someone at the bank who actually knows how to do their job. A.S.A.P
