HOW CANT WE HELP YOU

Today at 10am I called Standard Bank International banking to check if my husbands funds had come in. I was on hold for over 15 minutes before I spoke to a consultant called Dumisani. Dumisani informed me that the funds had been received and that he will check for a conversion rate. He than came back to me saying OH NO they dont have the funds and someone will call me in 10 minutes. 1 Hour later i received a call from Tsidi and she informed me that they have received an amount and would check for a conversion rate, then she tells me OH NO they have not received the funds and they will arrange for out account to be credited tomorrow Friday. I said to her how can they have the funds then NOT have the funds and was she going to guarantee a conversion rate because what happens if the exchange rate goes down by 0.25c as it has been fluctuation so much. she then told me to please hold and then cut my call off. She then called me back and put me onto Stephina Choma who told me they dont have the funds and that we will have to wait until tomorrrow!! IM SORRY but how can they have such incompetant staff working with our hard earned money and they cannot do their jo
