I logged a query thriugh prestige banking 0860001321 on 27th Dec 2013 @ 15h07, assisted by Nkuli, given ref no:7000636548 coz my MyUpdate stopped working. she did tests that failed and escalated to their specialist team - she advised me. this is one of the excellent solutions and tools i love coz you able to track all transactions in your account for anyt suspicious . can fully do your banking on internet banking. was told TAT is 9 working days. called on 3/1/2014 @ 13h50, spoke to Sindy who advised the 9th day is only on 9th Jan. called on 10th at 11h40 spoke to Shakeel who advised query closed and resolved. which wasnt true and still isnt. got iritated and disappointed that i have been told to wait 9 days which i believe is ridiculous as i wasnt able to do my banking while i was on holiday and now that its over the period, i still get nothing. my account is at risk coz i do not know what is happening in it and worse, cant bank. Shakeel escaleted to his team leader, Ashley Rangasamy who will apparently escalate back to speailist team leader Hasina Rasool and someone will call me. its now, the 29th Jan and have not heard from the bank, 20 DAYS since the TAT they gave me. pls HELP!
