In 2007 i have taken a loan from Standard Bank, according to my last check with the bank in 2012 i was told that my last instalment was to be at the end of november 2013. I recently went to the bank to check that the last intallment was to go off now at the end of november 2013, I was shocked to hear that there is still a huge amount owing. the consultant who helped me then logged a call with my query and said it will take 2 working days to resolve.

2 days later i returned to the bank with the ssue still not being resolved, the consultant then logged another request asking for my original contract and told me that it will take 10 working days to get the contract. today 20th November 2013 ten days later still no contract another call logged and i was told to wait another 10 working days. I had to be grilled about did i revolve on the loan?? and possible scenariosof what could have happend. I am really unhappy with the genral feedback that i recieved I was still being patient but my patients has run out and if i dont get feedback soon i will be going to the ombudman.
