Confidentiality breach

I was sent private and confidential documents about a late estate. These belonged to a stranger. It was a total breach of bank confidentiality when a senior member of Absa staff "mistakenly" sent them to me. Not once but twice! I wrote to head office to complain on this persons behalf and received the following:

"Thank you for your mail and my sincere apologies for this inconvenience.
Please be assured that I will deal with this matter internally.
Regards"

My reply!..Hardly an "inconvenience" Absa but a gross breach of confidentiality and trust!
