Under assessment of vehicle and bad service

I had a car accident two months ago. SIAS assessed my vehicle at vds in roodepoort. After the money for the claim was paid into my account it was discovered that the bumper for my car would not be a genuine part. I spoke to the gentleman who assessed my vehicle who was extremely rude ebrahim khan, he said he would phone me back and never did. I then phoned him back. He then to me and said he phoned and left a message for me and i never received a missed call notification or a message. I phoned his supervisor everitt tracey who assisted me further with sorting out the bumper. He then told me they have changed the assessment report and i have to now sort it out with the insurance. Surely they were the ones who made the mistake and they should make sure everything is sorted out. Took my car into vds today where the mechanic noted to us that there are damages that are not assessed and will then not be repaired. These damages where due to the accident and the accident wasn't even my fault. I was told by the sias assessor on duty at that time that he will contact me to fix the problem and i still have not heard anything.
