With all the recent rains etc, my bathroom ceiling Konked in, i called std bank last week of August to ask for them to let someone come out and look at this my bond covers insurance for the houe, they eventually sent someone out on the 12 September, by this time the ceiling had gotten worse and now was leaking even worse than before, the guy came and had a look and said he would report back and i would hear the following week, well it is not the 16th Sept and i am still waiting and the roof is still leaking. They take money so quickly but cannot fix it that quiick... oh and i am still waiting on the person who said they would get back to me with regards my bond, that is way over three months.
What a waste of time and effort.
