I never expected such excellent service as I received from Samora Leslie today.
I was asked to go to Riverside Auto Body today for assessment of an accident.

Upon arriving there I was greeted by Samora who had swiftly assessed the vehicle and damages and said to me that I should expect a report by early next week.

Little did I realise that about and hour or so later I would get a call from Momentum STI claims department to tell me that they have received a report from Samora.

That is awesome service my man. Under commit and over deliver. (Brilliant tactic)
