Poor Service/Incompetent Assessment/No Mechanicals

Vehicle, 2010 BMW was in an accident in April 2013. Bad attitude from Claims agent from accident site- lost my car, didn't know where it was for days. Sent out Net Assessors 2 week later, did an INCOMPETENT ASSESSMENT, never read or listened to statement i provided to the insurance investigator or drawn diagram n assessed at face value. Car climbed 2X30cm pavements both left and right side as well as knocked a taxi from behind with LHS. After numerous call FROM ME, assessed RHS damages n interior but failed to assess n refuse 2 provide or send 4 written report from BMW or AA repair center of my choice regarding the mechanical/Suspension condition of car. Asked 4 call recordings about matter n 2 date have not received. Chasing after them for 6 months. No check on suspension/mechanical damage-pointed out by BMW, car has damaged suspension, steering rack n pulley bearings, assessor says is worn n not accident damage, no written report, BMW refuses to provide as did not do mechanical check. Car was repaired by NON-APPROVED BMW center n against BMW Protocol cos car off Motor Plan but has FSH with BMW n no damages listed on previous service 600km b4 Accident. Say must pay n check myself.
