I was not impressed with the service I received at FNB Mall of the North.
I had deposited a cheque of which it did not go through. I received a notification that the same amount that reflected on the cheque I deposited was debited from my account.

I went back to FNB Mall of the North to enquire. I was the first to be assisted but it took them more than an hour to revert back the money debited from my account. I was taken from one consultant to another for me to finally have the money back to my account.

I requested back the cheque I deposited so that I can take it back to my client, they refused and said they can rather give me a copy. Still they could not give me that copy, saying I should make a formal request for the copy and it would cost me to get it, they are not sure when I will get it.

I am really not impressed with this service and I am going to move to another bank that will treat me to my satisfication
