Hi... I ordered my ITC RECORD LAST WEEK FRIDAY online and I called in Sat was told that they awaiting for funds to get cleared of which I was promised that on Tues I'll def get my report... fair enough... yesterday morning my acc was debited by TRANSUNION... called in after deduction and advised that it hasn't come through... a lady I spoke to advised that it'll definately be sent out yesterday after 15:00... its Wednesday today and still havent received it... I mean really, really really TRANSUNION??? WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS???
I WANT MY CREDIT REPORT NOW PLEASE I REALLY DONT HAVE TIME FOR ALL THIS, IS IT A DIFFICULT TASK TO SEND ME MY REPORT SO THAT I PLAN MY LIFE???
