Unauthorised payments /Cheques Deposited

I am honestly disgusted with the service that is being received from FNB.
Someone is using my account to deposit cheques, there was this one of R10500 and then there is another one of R3500. I am not sure who this person is nor do I have any contact with this person. The person deposited the cheque for some odd reason and im being charged for unpaid fees.
Please can you rectify this and provide me with feedback. I dont understand why must I be charged for someone or something that I am not aware of.
Please provide feedback to me as soon as possible because this error is causing me trouble now.
As per my previous e-mail. I do not know who this person is that deposited the cheque in my account.
One of your consultants called me today at 10:33 in regards to the unpaid cheque.
I explained to the consultant that i do not know the person that deposited the cheque in my account or have any dealings with the person. This is now creating arrears on my account and costing me money. I honestly do not have the time to go to a branch during the day to go and sort this out. I honestly do not see a reason why i have to await for a cheque that I don't know anything about in order for me
