I deposited a cheque of R10000 on Friday (31/05) into the Cheque Deposit Box. The cheque did not reflect into my acc on Friday or Saturday. On Monday (03/06) I called the branch in the morning (03/06) to query why the cheque was not deposited in my acc, I was told they will get back to me (ref 38923790), no 1 called back. About 3pm I tried getting hold of the branch again but the help desk put me through to Lenasia Branch instead of Trade Route Mall, the person that helped me sent an email to "Criselda" to contact me regarding my query, she did call me and informed me that the cheque was deposited into my acc. I then asked her was the cheque only deposited today (03/06), she told me she will get the Tellers to call me to reply to my query. No 1 called me back. Upon further investigation I found that the cheque was now deposited into my account on 3/06 & then reversed & then re-deposited on the 1/06. This has now made the "un-cleared effects" on my account R20000 instead of R10000. I have called the "help desk" (No help at all) to try and resolve this 3 times today (3894005/38940772/38962649) & the problem still not resolved. U cannot talk to the branch directly, no 1 gets back 2 u
