Cheque deposit in to wrong account

There was a cheque deposited into my bank account of R15000.00. a day later the cheque apparently bounced as I've spoken to a lady at the call centre this morning, she told me to go to my branch. I'm working full day and can't just take off for something that's not even my mistake. I had over R3800.00 left in my account before the cheque was wrongly deposited into my account. NO my account is in a minus R11000.00 and I can't pay my bills because its messed up by the FNB bank.
I won't recomment anybody to this bank and feel like closing my bank account
