The quick and the servicelessness

A few day ago I realised that I was dual insured with Absa home loans division as well as with another insurance company. I was advised that i can cancel one policy and that both companies have to refund me dual insurance. The other company was OUTstanding as they acted on my response ASAP but however they requested that I need to submit a no claims bonus letter so they can refund me my money. I called Absa to get this letter and also send two e mails to request the same e mail. I was told that this will take 3 days and up till today, I am still waiting. The other company immediately send me the NCB letter and I waited 3 minutes. When will I get this letter and how long am I going to wait for my refund. Like my heading says, ABSA is quick to take my money but when I need something, they don't deliver? I wonder what will happen when I claim? Please advise...
