Absa deducted an additional R905 with my car payment. When phoning Absa, I was told it's for insurance, which I was not consulted about. I was told they could not find proof that my car is insured. I was not contacted to send them proof of insurance at all. When I contacted Absa's insurance division I was told to send an e-mail, I have send them three e-mails in the last week, but have received no response at all. I've been with the same insurance company for the last 8 years
