Please Cancel this insurance that you put on to my vehicle finance WITHOUT my consent... I never gave permission, verbally or written for this to be to be activated.
The fact that your callcentre staff tells me that I have not responded on a telephone call or a letter (WICH I NEVER RECEIVED.. no call, and no letter), and therefore they activate the insurance is beyond me. And I have to take time out of my busy schedule, to phone after my insurance company for my latest documents, as your representative clearly stated, the don't contact 3rd party providers.
I'm stunned to know you can even do something like this... I will be taking steps, in accordance and start shopping for a new bank.
Maybe I can even go put some flyers with whatever insurance I'm selling in a bunch of people's mailboxes, and if they don't respond to me in a certain time, I'll start deducting money from their accounts??? Does this sound normal.
You have taken the money out of my account without my knowledge or permission, I will NOT wait 7 days for a refund... I demand a refund immediately.
