As executor of my late dad's estate, I have now given up trying to follow up on a policy that my late dad had with Old Mutual. Phone calls, when i can get through are transferred to another department and then dropped on numerous occasions. I need some one who knows what is going in Old Mutual to give me a response to my query. I have now even got a broker working on this as it is now holding up the finalising of the estate. ( O M consultants say they can't help & that i must go through the helpline!!! They only seem to want to write new business!!) The broker also does not seem to be getting anywhere!! Old Mutual must also realise that there is a big pot of money to be invested after the estate has been wound up and at this rate, i definitely will NOT be investing it at Old Mutual! HELP PLEASE!!!
