This refers to the Multi Provider Funeral Plan Policy that I took on the 24? 92000 at a Absa branch in Fox street from a broker by the name of Lawrence his broker code: PRI NO270310000056. For over 12 yrs no claim was submitted and last year around AprilMay lost my uncle and wanted to submit a claim. To my surprise Absa didn't have my details and was advised that I don't have a policy with them but. The policy schedule that was given to me when I took the policy have an absa logo. I then investigated further then found out that the policy was moved to another company "Lesaka private sector providerfuneral plan" this was a shock tome cause was never notified via mail of any changes .after submitted the claim withthe new provider I read through my policy schedule and realised that the cover increased by R200 yearly if no claims was submitted, when enquired from the contact centre agent at this company they were ill mannered and didn't know what was talking abt. When asked to speak a supervisor or manger I was told I was not allowed to and that I should send a letter to their abitration department which I did accompanied by a cancellation letter to date no one has called me to sort ou
