I am totally discussed with your call centre agent's and staff that were unable to assist me with my query. I had a Edgar's master card of which credit off R8000.00 was given to me seven years ago, I went into financial difficulties thus unable to pay this card .i went under debt review, this credit card was being paid by them. I there after could even keep up those payment's either. I contacted Edgar's they said I should deal with standard bank directly. I went to your branch in Durban kings-mead, the enquiries staff could not help. I was asked to speak to a consultant. She had said stand bank may have sold this debt to a debt collector, so I should try phone the call centre they will give me detail s of who the debt collector, s are. I send an email to standard bank law @ credit.
I was know shocked to know that my debt has doubled to R16000.00. How in the world did the debt collector double the amount.. I was only given credit of R8000.00 . This is absolutely discussing service standard bank, no one absolutely not one staff member could not assist me with this query. I would appreciate if some one from standard bank could assist me, I want to settle this account.
