Hey Standard Bank! THIS is how you lose customers

On 24 Aug 2012 form 17.4 was sent to Standard bank Debt Review Services. SIX MONTHS LATER: 24 Jan 2013 I found out that the debt review was never removed from my name. Standard bank Debt Review Service dept: William Matlanato (Senior Service Recovery Consultant) reviewed it and told me that the debt counsellor NCR number was incorrect BUT this was never communicated to my debt counsellor or to myself. After many many emails and phone calls my name was eventually cleared on 28 Jan 2013. I applied for a car loan and received a sms that stated CONGRATULATIONS. YOUR STANDARD BANK VEHICLE FINANCE HAS BEEN APPROVED but VAF (Fiona Boyens) communicated with me that Standard Bank Credit Department now refuses the car loan because in their eyes I have only been taken off debt review 28 Jan 2013. Therefore because Standard Bank Debt Review Services made a mistake 6 months ago, my loan is rejected as the Standard Bank Credit Department does not want to take into account the reason my credit rating is low is because of the mistake made by Standard Bank Debt Review Services 6 months ago. It is unacceptable to treat a customer of 13 years in this fashion.
