I have been banking with Standard Bank for many years now.. I go into a branch and ask for help and they say they cant I must contact "CUSTOMER ASSIST" so I do that but the cant help me as I do not have any debt with standard bank but I am a customer I thought, and then they basically tell me I should move to another bank that might help me.
I do understand that I have a bad credit rating but for my own bank to tell me to go to another bank for help.. doesnt make sense.. why wont you help me?
It was advise from standard bank to go under debt counciling that got me into this situation in the first place!! And now the debt I owed has nearly doubled!!!
WHO DO I TURN TO??
