ONE MONTH TO AND STILL NO DEBIT CARDS

I opened 3 savings accounts with ABSA Ermelo on the 24th of July 2013...
Today is the 24th of August 2013 and i still havent reiceved my Debit cards from them
If i dont call the consultant who helped me open the accounts i dont hear anything from him at all.
He never corresponds or tries to keep me informed on the progress of my cards.
It toook him more then 2 weeks just to link the accounts to internet banking to an existing internet banking account and that also i had to be called into the bank on 3 occasions.
I asked him many times for the cards but he always got a story to tell me.
Once he told me the cards are on the way he has the card number as well as the tracking number..many phone calls later he said the cards are lost and have to be reordered... many many phone calls later he said the cards are discontinued and should be reodered... i called the call centre who said in 2 days i should recieve my cards..the consultant said "thats what they say it never happens" when i spoke to him the last time he said 3-5 days the 5 days are up and i heard nothing from him... VERY DISGUTED WITH THE PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
