Yesterday I attempted to make a deposit at the ATM at Norwood branch - once again this was not possible - no reason, just that a deposit couldn't be made. What should be a speedy exercise, ended up wasting 30 minutes waiting in a queue. On numerous occasions when attempting to make a deposit, no deposit envelopes are available - when queried, I am told that the ATM's maintenance is outsourced - it this really a valid excuse?
