Bank charges wrongly charged

I went to KwaDwesi branch to deposit R 3 000 into my standard bank account. I had to go inside the branch to do the deposit because the ATM outside did not have the envelopes used to deposit money. When I asked the staff inside for the envelopes they said they were out and they do not keep the envelopes. I was therefore forced to do the deposit inside the bank which will bear bank charges. I requested the teller to make a note regarding the fact that there were no envelopes outside so that when I request for a reversal the note will be there as proof. She said the envelopes are placed at the machines at 08:00 in the morning, so I then asked if she suggest I should have came in the morning to do the deposit, of which she had no answer for that, she then asked where must she make the note because there is no space for notes in their system, she then processed to complete the transaction. I will now be charged for the deposit at branch's inefficiency.
