Why do you have teller machines outside a bank, that do not have all their functions working? And why, if they are broken, do they not get repaired speedily? Lambton branch has 3 machines outside, 2 of which (should) take deposits. Not one of them do. The cash deposit machine (which is a fairly new installation) now has the option greyed out, so you cant use it - it worked a while ago, but only for cash. The other older machine that takes deposit envelopes, has had its deposit function greyed out since last year. If I want to deposit a cheque, I have to travel to the run-down ancient Elsburg machine in the hope it will take a deposit. Also, the Lambton machine has no deposit envelopes, and hasnt had for a long time. The Elsburg machine has envelopes that do not seal. What is going on? For me to deposit money in the branch you will charge me - thats not acceptable. Lambton branch staff say they have reported the faulty machine, but no one comes out to fix it. Why not? I own a business and this is unacceptable - we will take our business account elsewhere. Lambton is the most convenient branch but neither of the 2 machines that should take deposits allow you to do so.
