1. During December a deposit was made into my account by an unknown person for an unsolicited amount.
2. Days later this deposit was reversed as a transaction. This implies that I committed. I use my banks statement for business and can you imagine what any one looking at my statement must think seeing an item reversed a transaction.
3. As it takes days for Nedbank to send you a SMS regarding deposits and the Nedbank app does not always show the details. As we were expecting a deposit that was similar to the deposit made we did not query the deposit. The expected deposit was never released by the payee and we only realised this when we checked on line. Again Nedbank sporadic notification system let us down. When we noticed this we contacted the payee and funds were released.

Due to this deposit debacle NEDBANK charged us honouring fees around R1200.00 and are refusing to refund this. As the fault is due to Nedbank's systems the amount must be refunded.

Nedbank we cant rely on your notifications and system that is supper slow. Transactions from other banks takes three days or more if there is a weekend in between to reflect.
