Moving my banking where?

I was asked to upgrade from Achiever to Elite plans.
The cards that I applied for during this process were cancelled because "the system" picked up that I still had cards.
Numerous attempts at contacting the Lambton service centre to collect the cards failed.
SB did however successfully cancel my current credit card. So I have debit orders that cannot go through.
Spent two hours of my anniversary (Saturday) trying to sort out bank card problems at a bank who is obviously just too happy to inform me that the branch is closed, and they cannot help me.
Update your systems, train your people, care for your customers.
If you believe that you are doing that now YOU ARE WRONG AND SADLY MISTAKEN.
1. Let me know where to send the invoice for my time.
2. Contact me to find out where you can deliver my cards.
3. DO NOT charge me a fee for the debit order that will be returned today due to your incompetence.
4. Please do not send me a generic reply, call me and speak to me as though you would like to keep me as a customer of 21 years.
It is a pity I ran out of characters as I have so much more to say.
