I was approved for a platinum credit card. Firstly had to fax through and email my documents 3 times. An application that supposed to take a few days actually takes a few weeks. The credit card call centre takes on average 30 minutes to answer. They also dont follow clients request. I requested the card to be sent to my branch, instead they handed it to a courier company that calls and a arrange a delivery time which is convient for them. The company fails to deliver a few times, yet they send numerous sms confirming delivery time. They just dont show. FNB is to blame for outsourcing delivery of credit cards to incompetent couriers. A month later, credit card application approved and card apparently issued to courier company but no credit card. Previously banked with ABSA and never had these problems. STAY AWAY FROM FNB
