Replacement of Expired Credit Card Takes 7 Months!

In November of 2012 one of my FNB credit cards expired. I was contacted and asked where they could send the replacement card. I elected the Kloof Branch in Kwazulu Natal. After 3 visits to this branch and still no card I contacted FNB and asked for an update on the cards location. It had been sent to the incorrect branch and FNB had failed to notify me.

After many phone calls backwards and forwards and entering Feb/March 2013 a replacement card was eventually delivered to my office. The card was in the incorrect name - What the??

Back onto the phone and during communications FNB take it upon themselves in their very confused state to cancel my second [WORKING!! ] credit card. I now sit without any working credit cards. Friday I accept delivery of 2 new credit cards - Eureka they got the name right this time.

I now contact the call centre to activate the cards and agent is unable to verify my information accurately despite me indicating my card numbers, id number information and the credit limits on the two cards. I'm almost afraid of giving money to this institution - how can one institution make so many mistakes?

How the do I activate these cards???
