For the past two weeks CCD couriers have been phoning me once or twice a day to arrange for my FNB cards to be delivered. Every time I must go through a verification process and when I tell them that I have already given them the details they can not find anything. I received an SMS stating that the cards will be delivered on a specific date and that same day they will phone me again to arrange for delivery. (Still no delivery) When I tell them that I received an SMS confirming delivery they state that it is impossible because they do not even have my address. I give them my address every time during the verification process. I instructed FNB to now send my card to the branch because I refuse to work with CCD couriers. They are without a doubt the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with and will never ever consider to use or refer them. The thing that concerns me most is the fact that my banking fees are probably being used to pay for the services of CCD. I have however instructed FNB not to ever courier my cards to me via CCD and that all cards must be send to the branch.
