Hi,

This week I have been harrassed by numerous phone calls (to home, work and cell phone) with numerous messages daily from CTV Couriers who want to deliver my new bank cards. Yet when I phone them back they don't answer their phones (same number that I have on my displays and messages). And they don't stick to business hours either. Last night at 18:20 I get another call! Well, the aggressive person on the line, put both FNB and CTV in a bad light. i was told that Monday was THE day to get the cards to me or they are being sent back to FNB. No alternative day? I told her to please send them to the FNB branch of my choice. She had issues with the name of the street (odd for a courier company, even after spelling it out). FNB, I will collect my bank cards from the branch of my choice at my convenience as before. I don't believe I asked for any courier company to deliver the cards to me and if I did, please remove this option off my records immediately, especially if you are going to persist using an a courier company whose staff are aggressive, abrupt and have no idea of customer service. I really didn't want or need this kind of unsolicited irritation at all hours!
