SMART DEVICE, NO SMART SERVICE!

I have CLEARLY asked that my debit order for the smart device be deducted on the 1st monthly, because I only get MY SALARY THEN! For Pete's Sake, FNB Tried to deducted yesterday and my cheque account went into DEBIT!!! Who is going to pay these bank charges!!! MTF FIX THIS PROBLEM
