Good day I did rehabilitation in 2012 after sequestration in 2008, with ohter words from 2008 - 2012 after Rehabilitation court order granted I was not suppose to have any debt or accounts. when I finaly got the court order for Rehabilitation my attorney send it to XDS in October 2012 and she forward me the email that they take notice and put it on my profile. Now after a year when I applied for a homeloan, I'm still on the credit bureau for bad credit! 'Why was my name not cleared and doesn't anybody working there understand what rehabilitaion means and they ignored the court order. After several attempts to get hold of them telephonically and several emails as well as the proof of one year ago, I still need to wait 20 working days. I know they are busy and I'm not the only customer, but who is looking after us that are the consumers? I don't think it is fair to wait 20 days, because now I delay the person from whom I want to buy a house as well as the bank from whom I applied for a homeloan. I send in a dispute form twice after I had forward the mail where I send it in 2012 and now in 2013
