CARD SWOLLED BY FNB ATMS AND MONIES WIDRAWN

My husband went to an FNB Atm on the 20th of August at 6PM to widraw monies from his Capitec account. The machine swolled his card and said error. Without even punching his code a few seconds after that while still standing at the ATM making a call to complain he recived two notifications stating R2000 X 2 has been taken out his account. Bearing in mind there was no one around. About 5 mins later another gentleman rushed to the ATM with his son stating the exact same thing happend to him an hour ago. A couple months ago the same thing happpend to me, at the Acropolis Mall FNB Atm, Kindly assit. We are only married a month now and that money was to purchase furniture for our place. Both my husband and I are devasted and shocked. If the money was widrawn and then he was robbed of the cash we would have accepted it. But something like this really amazes us because it only happens at FNB Atm. I await your prompt response, as Capitec have stopped his card. But we would like answers.
