17 dec 2013 my husband tried withdraw at the atmHe enterd his card, his pin. Then the machine stopped and asked again to enter card. He stood there waiting and pressing cancel. The atms tel numbers were unseeable and since his battery on the cel was flat he decided to go to the branch to stop the card since it was not even 100m from the atm. On the way to the bank he got an sms that 1000 was withdrawn. He was just outside to the atm and rushed back in hopes of finding someone there. He got anouther guy there and he just entered his card and it got swolled too they went to the bank and the manager was on floor and helped them immediatly. There wasn't even 5min passed. When closing the account there was anouther 2000 swipe to woolworths. It was 1min before they closed the account. They reassured my husband since the transaction was far away thay he not need to worry it wasn't him and that that money woulnt be paid over to woolworths it gets insured by and they will refund him and the 1000 A case was opened and 10 days passed and declined pay back. Then over to viola and declined again.the amount was 3000 not 5000 that they had, said my husband took money? And cloned WHAT?? EXPLAIN
