My husband went to an FNB ATM on Wednesday evening. He did not enter any pin or anything. He called the call centre and submitted the query. We did not recieve feed back. We then went into the branch yesterday to find out on the query. To our amazement they called compalints and a consultan told the branch the case has been closed because there was no contact number to call my husband. But we recived two sms before we went to the branch. We are requesting a refund to our account. How is it that people can work up there and have no brain to handle customers. I need answers. As soon as possible.
