PRIVATE BANKING JOKE!

I am always the 1st person to tell other people to change the bank accounts to FNB, but after my experience today I am utterly disappointed, I have made a mistake by transferring money into a wrong account number, emailed my private banker Shivani Singh to assist me with the reversal, I received an email from her to tell me I need to fill in a form and it will cost me R240 for the reversal, seriously why do I have a private banker... what is the personal bankers job if i need to fill in forms... then round about 12:54 I emailed Mr N Devlal, her manager, still waiting for a reply... I phoned Bidvest bank to find out what will be the procedure of reversing the money back to my account, they told me it will take 2-3days and that there will be no charge!!! I think I will move all my accounts to Bidvest they are not here to take your money for a service that needs to be done!
