I think I made a huge mistake becoming a FNB private Clients. I have been a FNB client for about 10 years now. I recently moved from a Platinum account to a Private clients account, but I'm regretting this move. While I had my Platinum account, I had a person who I could contact with regards to any banking issue. The FNB private banking department said that someone will contact me with regards to my private banker, but until today no one has contacted me as yet.

I have also been sending emails to the private suite, I have send 5 emails in the last 2 weeks, but not even one of these emails has been replied too. Now please can someone explain to me where the service is that I'm paying for, or should I rather return to being a platinum account holder, at least I know I had some service there.
