To whom it may concern,
I would just like to tell my experience from FNB Private Bank, when i first joined FNB Private bank Preyen had the telephonic conversion with me and we discussed the details, he mentioned to me that i'll be getting a Prime - on my credit card.
To only find out that on the system it was set Prime, he told me that its Prime, i told him that wasn't what we agreed on, once he reviewed the telephone conversion he just said that it was a mistake, like really how can you make a mistake like that?
I told him about this, the previous month and he refunded the difference in interest rate, then next months billing comes and its the same thing, clearly FNB Private bank doesn't worry about keeping clients happy
also been billed twice for my monthly account fees, i'm sure there is some technical explanation for that as well.
After i spoke to my Private banker, he just said that his sorry for this and that he'll refund all the interest that was unlawfully taken from me, this is clearly a breach of contract with FNB Private bank.
I would just like to let everyone know to please check/confirm your interest rates with FNB, i'm really not happy that i had to tell them
