On the 26-07-2013 I surrender my dream maker policy at Nedbank Silverton Branch. I submitted the requested documents, my copy of id, surrender form and banking details forms at the Nedbank Silverton branch. The consultant fax all the documents to Nedgroup Life on the given fax number. after that he showed me the confirm fax receipt from Nedgroup fax machine and file all the document.

Today on the 18-08-2013 Sunday I receive and email from Mandy Siziba (client services Consultant) asking me to submit the surrender document which I have already submitted. My question is from the 26-07-2013 up until today 18-08-2013 what was she doing to request the document today on a Sunday. im expecting payments because the day requested on the surrender form is 10 working days, ten working days have elapse. now she's coming with a trick to delay my payment.
