GGP MISREPRESENTATION

I just got off the phone with Nedgroup, and much to my surprise, I was fed the wrong information by my financial advisor Billy Mokoena.
I've taken out 3 GGP policies with him, and the reason I did so was because of the picture he'd painted about this amazing product. I was told that I could allow the policies to mature for the full 5 years and accumulate a very attractive interest, or I could make 2 withdrawals from each, or surrender the policies at any time I choose to do so.
When I spoke to Fiona today over the phone, she explained that I could surrender the 2 GGP's that I haven't yet claimed from, but on the one that I've already withdrawn from, I would have to wait for the full 5 yeas before I surrender! I told her that I would need to speak to her supervisor, and that's when she put me through to Nomali Masondo. She said to me that if I feel I have been mislead regarding the policies, I should write to the complaints department. If I am to continue doing business with Nedgroup, I would want all 3 policies to be terminated and the money available to me in 3 days or less, as promised by Nomali Masondo. Someone please attend to this matter ASAP. I've filled in the forms already!
