Please Assist

Morning,

I submitted a partial surrender to Metropolitan. I would like to find out if they have received my documents and when the money will be disbursed to my account. As one consultant said 2-3 working days and another one said 5-10 working days which is way too long. I cant get through on the call centre. I filled in the partial surrender form telephonically assisted by an agent, ref 23211182 and I emailed a certified copy of my ID, signed three times and bank statement to [Email Removed] Thank you.
