When this policy was opened no documents was requested and when I want to surrender all these documents are all off a sudden required before it can be surrendered. Since when can a child sign for a policy as per the team leader, a call was recorded and this is going to take 4 to 5 working days to get.
Metropolitan are just a bunch of taking your money and come up with all this stories when you want to surrender. The call center staff doesn't know what they doing as they keep transferring me to speak to a different person
I need an answer by today or I am going to the ombudsman, NCR, anybody that can bring this people down.
