Never in my life I had an accident in or with a car... during the month of August 2013, I was very depressed, because I don't know what to do, or where to start or go in terms of my car insurance... and then finally I phoned my insurance, first for woman, they explained the procedures to me, and still I was very lost and ignorant... finally the insurance sent a Lady with the name: Carline Fell... she phoned me, also explained the procedures to me, and what she did is or she was keeping me calm, and at ease... I must say, the service was very quick and excellent, I've couldn't have asked for a better person... or insurance helping me with my claim... within a month, everything was settled... Carline helped me very quick, and very professional... I must say... I would give Carline and the rest of the team a high 5... Thanks a lot for your EXCELLENT SERVICE...
