Poor Communication, Delay and Inconvenience

I have been to a branch (Southgate) on the 30 December 2013 to submit surrender forms on my policy, where consultants have told me it would take up to 10 working days to receive my money. Today is the 8th working day and nothing has been transferred to my account nor did I receve any feedback from Nedgroup Life, if I never followed up on the payment yesterday, I would not have been aware that the copy of my ID was not clear, I had to then go back into a branch today (Campus Square) to resend a FICA'd copy of my ID to Nedgroup Life. I have tried contacting Nedgroup Life to follow up if they have received the copy of my ID and to my frustration an agent on the line tells me that the all the forms submitted together with my bank statement that the branch faxed through is unclear and was not witnessed. This is such poor communication and organisational skills, it is such an inconvenience on my part to go back to a branch for the third time. They want me to lodge a complaint to speed up the process and I even question will that help?
