Lack of response and feedback

I had requested a limit increase on my credit card last week Tuesday (06/08/2013 and was told that within 48hours I would get a response and the reference number was 64054590. 48 Hours had passed and I had followed up with Nedbank Card Division only to be put through a Specialist whom told me It will take 3-5 days to get a response. I subsequently followed up again and was put through another consultant whom advise that the application was declined.By now I was irate and asked why was I not informed. Then when I spoke to another specialist I was told that I can appeal it of which I did. I called yet again to follow up what is happening but told the appeal was declined because they required proof of payment for a listing. Nobody failed to call or ask me for such information. I have since emailed the proof to [Email Removed] on Monday. To-date the is no response and I have spoken to call centre staff whom had informed to team leaders that escalated my query and yet again I have not had an answer. Nedbank has really failed me with their pathetic client service and incompetent staff. Promises with no delivery and yet I am banking with Nedbank.
