Terrible service from Nedbank call centre

On 28 November 2013 i applied for a nedbank credit card which was accepted. I called the call centre on 04 December 2013 and spoke to Zanele, she advised that it was approved and that my card will be delivered to the branch in 5 working days. I found it strange as they did not even requst any documents from me however i assumed because i have a loan account with them in good standing that it was not required. I called on 10 decmeber 2013 and spoke to David who now told me that the application was declined but did not seem to know the reason why. he then told told me it was because they could not verifiy my employment. I advised David that no one attmepted to contact me and I then advised David that i was told that the application was approved on 04 December 2013. He has now requested me to send through documentation so that it may sent through to the department concerned. I have been given the rund around since day 1 as no one seems to know what was really going on with my application. I have spoken to so many consultants who have given me different stories however none of them are able to pick what the previous call i made to them or even view the notes on the system.
