I have been trying to get through to the card division call centre, to speak to an operator, and have even left voice mail. I called the card centre number, and every other card division number I could find. No response. I left a message on the voice mail system yesterday. No response. I called on Friday 1pm (today) and was informed by a recorded voice that I should call in office hours. Not sure how to get hold of anyone. Does Nedbank Credit Card Division still exist? Pathetic service.
