No response from Nedbank Card Division

Nedbank sent me a letter to advise i've been pre approved for a credit card. I then called them 14/15 Nov but did not have the ref nr with me but the guy told me he can stil do the application telephonically. I then told him to go ahead with the application & when that was done he told me someone wil contact me within 4days. No one contacted me i had to call several times & was just told that they busy with the application. I then called again last week & was then told that i need to send copy of my ID which i already sent before as wel as copy of marriage certificate which i then sent through.2/12/13 i called again & the guy i spoke to told me the docs was received someone wil call me. Up until today no one called me & it has been 3wks now already. I then called again only to be told again they need proof of my surname to match itc this is after it was already confirmed that the docs was received & i asked to speak to a TM only to be told TM is not available & she cant guarantee that TM wil be able to call me back today. I stil did not get a call from Nedbank what disgusting service to give to a potential client.
